Call Center / Help Desk

The MEEC Call Center/ Help Desk Services master agreement is with four vendors. The comprehensive agreements began on 10/15/2009 and the final renewal option term ended on 6/30/2019. The agreements were awarded after a competitive RFP that followed the USM Procurement Policies and Procedures. Contact the MEEC office with any questions.  This agreement has expired and will not be renegotiated at this time.
