MEEC awarded AV hardware contracts to 24 vendors and AV services to 14 of those vendors. The initial contracts ran from Jan. 28, 2019 to Jan. 27, 2021 and have been extended to December 31, 2024. The AV agreement offers a wide range of competitively discounted products by manufacturer for each of the 14 hardware categories. The services vendors cover all four Maryland regions from Garret County to Worchester County. The AV contracts were awarded through a competitive RFP process that followed the USM Procurement Policies & Procedures and they were approved by the University System of Maryland’s Board of Regents.
