The end-to-end solution auto-answers the helpdesk call, perform identity validation of the caller, reset to temporary password, provide the temporary password to the verified caller through voice, create an incident ticket and close it. The AI/ML built solution has eliminated the average call wait times generated by 300 concurrent calls to zero and has injected measurable efficiency and accuracy across the process.
