The MEEC IT Professional Consulting Services Master Agreement provides a wide range of consulting services within the six Service Categories listed below. There are 26 master contractors, which provide the MEEC members a wide selection of contractors for placing task order based purchase orders for professional consulting services. The master agreements were awarded through a competitive RFP process that followed the USM Procurement Policies and Procedures.
The Master Agreements run through June 30, 2025, and the Agreement’s expansion windows have all been completed. During the 2019 expansion, the contractors added brands and increased discounts; and eight new contractors were added as Master Agreement holders under the 2021 expansion.
