The MEEC On-line Exam Proctoring Services Agreements enable Members to easily obtain remote proctoring services. Master contracts were awarded to two vendors, which permits MEEC members a choice based on need. The master contracts were awarded through a competitive RFP process that followed the USM Procurement Policies and Procedures. The master contracts commence on July 1, 2020. The contract term shall terminate on June 30, 2025 unless extended or sooner terminated in accordance with the contract.
