The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek certified, qualified and experienced audio visual
hardware and service providers to meet the objectives of Towson University (University and the
Maryland Educational Enterprise Consortium (MEEC). It is our intent to award multiple contracts to
contractors capable of providing audio visual (AV) hardware, and/or services necessary to design AV
systems, install, and configure the hardware for optimal use.
