Online Proctoring Services RFP Released

University of Baltimore (University), a MEEC member, is conducting this Request for Proposals on behalf of itself and MEEC. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” or “Solicitation”) is to provide firms an opportunity to present their qualifications and solutions, for providing the scope of services described in this RFP on an ‘as needed basis’ to support the needs of the University and MEEC members. Multiple master contract awards are anticipated.
